Kekkei Genkai [ Blood Inheritance Limit ] : Touketsu Purotekushon.[Frozen Protection]; This special trait, allows the water around Kousetsu's form to condense and form into a solid water state: ice. This reacts automatically, defending the girl from incoming attacks without her to be conscious about her own actions. It is as if the water cicle to turn into ice, and protect her in conjuction had a life of its own, making it difficult for others to infiltrate damage in close combat. [ I would like to add, this kekkei genkai is an ability, I myself, made for my character. It is a combination from Gaara and Haku's own abilities. I would love to try this out on my character, but it is up to you to make the desicion of approving or declining. Thank you.]

Name meaning: Harmless Snowfall.
Hair: Long; brown.
Eyes: Brown; they acquire a blue light color if Kousetsu is performing her ice techniques.





STORY;
Kousetsu was born during a day of December, the 20th to be exact in the Land of Water. Both of her parents were loving and caring towards her, and more since she was only child. Her father spent days out of their house taking care of missions while her mother was always by her side all the time. Even if Kousetsu didn't see her father as much as she wanted to, her love for him was just as big as her mother's. When Kousetsu reached the age of 7, her mother died from an unexpected illness. The doctors said that probably her mother knew about the illness from before, but never said anything and could not be treated in time. This event shocked Kousetsu very hardly, and her father took care of her since that moment. The girl swore she would take care of her father when he became older, and was always going to be by his side no matter what; for both, herself and her deceased mother.

Kousetsu knew a boy with the name of Haku, they both cared for each other as sibblings and Kousetsu looked up to him as an older brother she never had; her role model. They had so much fun together, but a sudden scene occured; the villagers were after the kekkei genkai users. Haku and Kousetsu got separated, and the girl never knew anything else about him; not even his death. When Kousetsu was 14 years old, she received the terrible news of her father dying in the middle of a mission in the Land of Fire. Kousetsu almost lost it, but kept control of herself and the situation; anger began to grow inside the young girl against the Land of Fire. They had taken away her dreams and hopes. . .her beloved father.

Kousetsu's father taught the girl how to make use of her family's kekkei genkai. None of her close family; father or mother, possessed it. Not even her grandparents; it is said their kekkei genkai had awaken once more inside the girl. Kousetsu trained hard to master this complicated technique; but accomplished it. The water around her, condensates itself, turning into ice that automatically protects her form from incoming attacks; making Kousetsu's first line of defenses almost impossible to break through. With intense days of training, Kousetsu achieved the creation of two powerful jutsus and master the water styles. Kousetsu had the opportunity at one time to form part of the ANBU but her mind was settled elsewhere. She decided to leave her deared village; and becoming part of the Missing Nin. [More to come; I wrote everything but my mother closed the page. I re-wrote it all over again and I am kind of exhausted.]

PERSONALITY;
Kousetsu it a rather cheerful kunoichi. Despite all she has suffered in the past, she has hopes in her future and looks forward to make things better. She acts a bit too childish for her age at times; but never complains about it. Kousetsu is very gentle and sociable and never provokes battles. She fights back if she really has no choice due to the fact she hates taking someone else's life away. This brunette is a determined one, and also a quiet one when it comes to her personal problems.

Kousetsu is able to perform techniques with all three of these ELEMENTS;

~Suiton, or Water Element, takes the form of water based attacks. These can be walls of water used as shields or water formed into large striking jets.

~Fuuton, or Wind Element, takes the form of wind based attacks. These can be huge gusts or sustained wind storms.


~Hyouton, or Ice Element, takes the form of Ice attacks and defenses. The usage of this elemental style has been seen by Haku and ninja from Hidden Snow. Hyouton is formed through the simultaneous usage of Water and Wind styles.

*Hyouton: Tsuin Touketsu Bure-Do no jutsu [ Ice Element: Twin Frozen Blades ]

[ Kekkei Genkai ] Condensing the water in the atmosphere, Kousetsu is able to use her chakra to a point of freezing this water surrounding her; unable to be seen but there. This frozen water takes the form of two katanas, equally sized and shaped, hence the name given "twins". Kousetsu uses these katanas as one of her main weapons; in addition, she can perform an unique lightning technique to combine with these special frozen katanas. Even frozen weapons, they are almost impossible to shatter as well as her strong ice components.

Kai [ Release ]
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Kanashibari no jutsu [ Body Freeze Skill ]

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Causes an opponent to loose their sense of movement. Stops the opponent, leaving an opening for more powerful jutsu to be performed. It is assumed most Anbu know this technique.

Description: A highly effective cover technique. Blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [ Water Clone Skill ]

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Creates a number of clones, made from water. Each Clone is capable of attacking on its own, yet each is 1/10th the power of the original. A direct hit will cause the clone to revert to water - and it cannot leave a certain radius of the user.

Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prision Skill ]

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.

Sensatsu Suishou [ Used by Haku in the series. ]

Ninjutsu technique which uses nearby water to form ice senbon. Kousetsu first kicks water into the air with her foot, and as it rises it freeze to form a "thousand" needles. With the handseal still in place, she can release the needles when needed to have them come raining down on her target.

*Raikou Buyou no Jutsu [ Lightning Dance ]

Even though Kousetsu was raised in water country, she has learned various techniques through her trainings with different shinobi. This jutsu allows Kousetsu [ already in possession of the Frozen Twin Katanas ] to place her weapons together in a crossed position against each other. Chakra waves transfer from the insides of Kousetsu and into the weapons, provoking the chakra to take form of lightning around the blades. In addition, if Kousetsu were to strike someone with this lightning frozen blades, the result would be more than a cut; it would temporarily paralyze the contacted area of her target.

Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.


Focusing an equal and constant amount of chakra to a portion of the ninja's body allows them to attach their body to the touched object. This would allow them to walk up vertical surfaces. By expelling a continuous set amount from their feet in proportion to their body weight, the ninja can walk on water. Ninja can also focus chakra to specific limbs, which will increase the muscles' power and strength.

Chakra can also be extended from the body for attack and defense. This can take the form of the chakra strings used to manipulate puppets in Kugutsu no Jutsu. It can also be focused to a fine point for cutting, such as in Kabuto's chakra scalpel. It can also be used to form a defensive barrier in Chakra no Tate.

The chakra in the brain and sensory organs are also the primary target of Genjutsu. Genjutsu is created when a ninja extends their chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system of their opponent to control their minds chakra, thereby affecting their five senses. To combat the effects of Genjutsu, there are two options. The first option is for the ninja to stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the casters chakra. The second option is to have an outside ninja unaffected by the Genjutsu make body contact, and use their chakra to disrupt the casters flow.



ROLEPLAY SAMPLE;

;-- Kousetsu's embodiment motioned about the outside of the Land of Fire; a rather soft breeze caressing every inch of her exposed, pale flesh. Both of her booted legs continued their slow walking pace, moving Kousetsu's body forth every single time. With each step the female took, dusts particles left the terra formation and slightly lifted themselves from the soft terrain. Long, brown locks swayed sideways with each of Kousetsu's movements; while her brown hues scanned each corner of her surrounding area. The day was a very hot one, and the star given the name as Sun did not help much either; but the shade of the trees protected the female from these sun light rays that annoyed her oh so much.

Kousetsu's lips formed into a small and warm smile, her legs' movements came to a sudden yet soft stop. The kunoichi's gaze turned upwards, glancing at the beautiful scenery she had before her eyes. One thing Kousetsu had to admit; The Land of Fire was a wonderful place to be indeed. The brunette's right possessed extremitie made its way downwards, towards her waist to be exact, where it rested gently. This previously mentioned hand's fingertips gently tapped themselves against the clothed body part of the female. Herself, lost in deep thought. --;
